Question for the experts
I'm purchasing a watch for my brother a two tone datejust 41 he tried on the watch at tourneau with a jubilee bracelet and it was too tight. the salesman said he would probably need an extra link .he wants the oyster bracelet anyway . Do the two bracelets come in different sizes? When I presented this to my watch guy he said they all come in a standard size if I needed a biger one it would be an extra cost. Can't I just simply buy an extra link or two?

Yes, you can buy as many links as you need.

Since youre in NY, try Wempe or others. Tourneau has some less than positive reports from various members of this board.

How tight was it? Ez link feature as well as micro adjustments may do the trick if close. Otherwise extra links are the way to go.

Your question was already answered. The DJ Jubilee and Oyster bracelets come in one size with removable links. If it's too small with all the links in it, you can buy extra link(s), as needed.

Question for the experts
The short, direct answer is "no".
Each bracelet type for each model comes in one size. Some adjustment is possible via clasp features. As mentioned by others, if more length is needed, buying extra bracelet links is your only choice. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

It is true that Rolex leather straps come in 3 sizes for the models that use them with a deployment clasp. Maybe I was one of those memory moments for him...

Doesn't Rolex supply extra links free for larger wrists when bought from an AD?

The AD might do that for customers if there's enough margin in the deal. Rolex itself doesn't do it though.
