has anybody seen this prototype before

I stumbled across this on an instagram page.

They said it was a prototype sub.

Had anybody seen this before? Or any more info on it?

I think I've seen similar bezels on some of the Tudor line, possibly 90s.

Pretty sure the folks trying to buy this did it for reasons other than wearing it.

I think it's a neat piece of Rolex history. If I could afford it, I think it'd be fun to own something like that.
