I've seen all 3 in the flesh and they're all beautiful. White/light silver dial is definitely the most legible. Black dial is the sportiest and champagne dial is the dressiest and least legible. Can't really go wrong with any of them, and what's nice is they're out there to be had, unlike the SS.

Agree that black dial is sportiest, and most casual version. I expected to like white the best but in person I preferred the champagne dial. Black was a close second but I have enough black dialed watches.

Look at them and see if one calls you; that would be the best choice.

This is the case with any watch purchase

Purely on the pictures I’ve seen though, I would go black. I’m really not a fan of champagne dials and the white could be a struggle to see in bright sunlight. I bought a black dial 116520 for that very reason; I was very fortunate that my AD had both dials in stock and I was allowed to try both dials side by side outside in the sunlight.

I think in TT the black is very striking...I believe that's the way I would go.

Heart and mind don't lie when they're in agreement. I'd rather have a sea dweller as a second, fwiw, unless you're a regatta racer.

Having tried all of them on last month, I would opt for the black...although all of them are stunning.

I’m an old guy who wears a TT DJ with a black face so the TT black face SD goes right with my taste. Sadly, on my fairly small wrists the SD looks like a clock.
