Although the word is way over-used, Mr Federer most certainly is a tennis legend.

I wonder what would happen if he started rocking a Milgauss?

Rolex has never gone the way of celebrities as "Official Ambassadors" of their watches otherwise, they would announce it. Unofficial, is a different story. Bunch of celebrities wear them and many are seen on the Rolex Story. Ambassadors of luxury watches such as David Beckham and Lady Gaga for Tudor or George Clooney and Cindy Crawford for Omega are different, they get paid "big bucks" to promote said watches for these top companies. Another company, Tag Heuer shows a list on their web site of their ambassadors. Rolex has no such thing. Too bad as it would be nice to see all those who enjoy the watches as much as the rest of us.

No, Rolex has an endorsement deal with Federer worth millions of dollars a year. That makes him an ambassador.

I saw this pic on my sports feed on FB and got super excited seeing the blue hue of the dial hoping it was a Milgauss. then I enlarged the pic and was disappointed.

Doesn't he just wear whatever Rolex gives him to wear for advertising/photos? I doubt he's wearing a watch from his own stash.
