Triple Incoming!!!

I’ve been a Rolex man for quite a few years now, a couple of SS Subs ( Nodate and LV) , an Exp2 and a DJ.... Have been looking to expand the collection but frankly got so fed up with the supply farce here in the UK and Europe decided to open my mind to other marques... After a very pleasant afternoon in Ernest Jones, Chichester, with the very patient and knowledgeable Alex I left with three very different watches.... Speedy Pro, Breitling SO Heritage II 42 Blue and a really lovely and cheap Hamilton Khaki Automatic with exhibition case back.... Each were bought for different purposes... the Speedy as a must have classic, The SO Heritage as a robust dress watch ( mesh bracelet) and the Hamilton as a no worries beach/ beater..... Delighted with the AD and the watches....

Congratulations on the new pieces! Any photos of the Hamilton? I had a khaki field years ago and regret selling it.

3 for 3! The Khaki is a nice watch to gift to young WISes in the making to get them hooked. Of course, I have one, also, as well as a Speedy.

Enjoy your haul! Glad some brands want to produce and sell watches.

Thank you Scarlet Knight.. Yes, the Hamilton was a steal and a very easy decision. Agree, would be a great entry. My daughter was with me and has certainly inherited my interest.... It’s really quite sad in the Rolex scene in Europe at the moment- Sure you will have seen multiple threads detailing the hoops to jump through just to buy a watch that is not necessarily the reference you want, even with a long established relationship with an AD... But every cloud....... picked up three interesting pieces for the price of a GMT II.... and enjoyed the researching of different manufacturers...
