18038 Day Wheel Question
I recently purchased an 18038 from a reputable dealer online and found the day wheel to be off centered. More specifically, using Wednesday as an example, the W is very close to the end of the day window while the Y has a disproportionate amount of space in between the letter and the day window (if that makes sense).
Is this normal/common? Has anyone else had this experience? I sent it back to the dealer and they "adjusted it", but when I received it back the issue persisted. I know it's a small issue, but it's driving me mad. |

seems like a fairly simple fix, some sort of micro adjustment. Good luck.

I have a 19018 with the same irritating Day disc. Nobody seems to be able to clock it correctly.

Yes, it is very irritating. They offered to swap the watch out, but seem hesitant to send photos of the new watch dial and bracelet before swapping which is a bit concerning.
