What do i have??

Can someone tell me what this is and what it's used for. It's about a 1/4" high.

I don't know exactly what it is, but it's pretty cool.

Rolex candy tin. Handed out at Halloween in neighborhoods where the chauffeur drives the kids around because the Estates are too far apart to walk.

Mostly dials are transported in this tin, the dial is packaged in a wax like paper inside the tin most likely to protect the dial feet. In the old days, this slid into an outer thick flexible plastic green Rolex pouch with a snap. If I get a chance I’ll post a pic tomorrow.
