It depends on what you mean by fit. Many will buy end links and a strap to make it look like it does when purchased with a strap. Others will just buy a strap without end links.

21mm lug width, I believe. But aside from the "odd" size....yes, straps can be added

I have considered this myself, but with the thought that it may require having custom endlinks made. You can find images of straps on the DJII which essentially has the same case dimensions.

There are hundreds of aftermarket options for all of these watches. Some better than others of course. The only thing I would care about is being able to fit the original clasp on it.

I have been considering one from Radium Concept for my DJII. It has curved ends to fit the case an fits the original clasp.
