32mm on my wrist...is it too small or just right?

I believe this is a 32mm and not a 34mm. Does it look too small on my wrist?

It looks great? I have a 29 or 30 mm Santos that I really like. A friend has a 33 mm Patek and he’s a big guy. He loves the watch. If you like it and are comfortable with it, pull the string and do it!

Based on that picture, the size for you looks fine to me.

Thanks DL. I love the look of the watch but I also don’t want to look feminine wearing it. It’s too bad cause it is a great watch being 14k gold from the 40’s and having two name brands in one watch, Tiffany and Co. and a Movado movement.

That watch does not look feminine. Dude, if you like it, wear it and enjoy it.

I have average wrists- I wear my fatber’s tank-style Lord Elgin to Church. It is about 28mm Square, and I don’t feel the slightest bit feminine.

(If somebody does say something to you, take it off before socking them in the jaw. You don’t want to hurt the movement).

Size looks fine to me as well.

If you want it larger, wear it on a Bund.

It’s a leather strap that rides under the watch and has a couple loops that the bars pass through. Just google “bund strap” and I’m sure you’ll find them.

Point is, it makes the watch wear much larger.

I think it looks great. And vintage watches never came in dinner plate sizes. That's a recent phenomenon, and one I don't particularly care for.

Thats a really cool watch... 32...34... who cares. Guarantee if anyone you come across comments on it being too small, they don't have a watch even half that cool.

Looks great. A million men fought in WWII wearing 30 - 32 mm watches, so have no fear about it looking too dainty. It's not the right kind of watch for a Bund strap, IMO, but here's my 32mm tropical watch from 1940s Singapore on one, for reference.

Old Expat Beast beat me to it, but another example...

I was a guest one time, during a Texas Longhorn football game, in the Lettermen’s lounge. I saw a bunch of grizzled old men, rangy and tough as boarding house steak, proudly wearing the 34mm Omega Seamasters (many on Speidel bands) they were given at the 1964 Cotton Bowl (they won the national championship that year). None of them looked feminine!

Not sure there's really any concern nowadays about feminine watches. Don't worry about it; it looks perfect. Definitely a conversation piece too.
