Did the same a while back when I cam off a mountain bike. Ripped the pearl off my sub bezel whilst totally disproving the theory that the ceramic insert doesn’t scratch!

Was about to say that looks like a bicycle accident... high-sided or tight left turn went a bit amiss? Ugh, we off-roaders have all been there.

Ouch - on the bright side at least it wasn’t on the crystal as it may have shattered

OP well many here likes the scars on their watches. Now you too can sit in front of the fireplace a Saturday evening sipping some cognac, reminiscence the time you fell on your bike and your knee and shoulder got messed up.
As you said these things happens, it sucks but luckily it does not happen often. The scratches on the bracelet can be repaired and if there is no permanent damage to your knee or should. I think you should just be happy it was not worse Maybe you even learned some valuable lesson from this experience? Many years ago wean I was just a teen I bicycled over a wet manhole/sewage cover, those things can become very slippery. The tire slipped and I slammed head first into the ground got myself a concussion. Luckily I did not wear watches back then. Anyway lesson learned and now I avoid bicycling on manhole covers. It would be interesting to see pictures of this, maybe you already made a thread on it? Just curious how the ceramic scratches.

At least you are on the mend. That’s the main thing. The watch can be fixed albeit it’s not ideal.

Glad you are ok Bruno. Fortunately this was one of your significantly cheaper pieces, although a good one. Rest up and get well soon mate.

Scars on your watch are like tattoos but with a better story! Jokes. I hope you are well and the scratches can be removed!

Glad it's not any worse!
Watches heal a lot quicker than bodies!

I’m glad to hear you weren’t seriously injured
Seems like the damage was only done to the bracelet which is better than the case. |

Don't worry - you're making memories. It's not on the watch head, so I wouldn't sweat it.
