Pepsi love

Bought this with the black bezel pre-owned in 2010, immediately swapped to a new Coke bezel upon purchase. Changed it over to a faded Coke bezel around 2012, and this is the first time that I've ever put on the Pepsi.

Wow...I've been missing out.

I love all three, but the Pepsi has a pop the others don’t. You just need a jubilee now!

At times I'll get the urge to switch to a LN insert. It's threads like this that make me think nah I'm good

Mine says hi, while stranded at MSP en route back to Canada

If you can get a Jubilee, you’ll have the full combo.

I so much prefer the 16710 to the new BLRO, it's so much more versatile with three different bezels and its discontinued. I bought one in 2005 and was a little disappointed when the new version 116710LN was brought out in in 2006 but in hindsight I'm very happy to have the old version.

how is the 16710 more "versatile" than the BLRO?

Inserts can be swapped, bezel can be used as a timer down to the half-minute, bracelets are easily interchanged, etc.

Each watch has their strengths but one could make a strong case for the older GMTs being more versatile overall.
