The production run of Rolex Sea-Dweller 4000 ref. 116600 was from 2014-2017. Three short years.

Get one if you can find one. I love mine and am very happy I went with one over a 116610. It’s just a cooler tool and daily watch all around in my opinion.
Matter of fact, just turned down a 116610 from my rep last weekend. Patiently (trying) to wait for a 116610LVc instead. And because every thread is worthless without pictures...

It was introduced at Basel 2014; the 126600 was introduced at Basel in 2017. Whether Rolex continued making the 116600 into 2017 or when exact production of the 116600 began isn't clear.
