My first Rolex (DJ41) ...
Arrived this morning from DavidSW. Very happy.

Luckily, I am a real fan of the DJ and the DD and the only SS Professional I like is the Exp I. Given that fact there is no shortage for those of us whose preferences lie in that realm.

Yes, dark rhodium, fluted, jubilee. The choice of rhodium just immediately spoke to me more than any other choice.
But I had a difficult time deciding between fluted or not—really liked both choices. After going back and forth for a while, I found myself watching a tennis match on TV with Rolex as a sponsor. And the Rolex clock on the scoreboard was fluted. Then a Rolex commercial came on and a rhodium fluted DJ is featured on the commercial. I took that as divine providence and ordered the watch. |
