Icon20 Airking 116900 has a busy dial, but why did Rolex skip the first 0 (05)?

Many people discuss about the busy dial and the controversy of the applied 3-6-9 numbers on the 116900 AK. But Rolex uses on the 116000 the same structure. Difference is that on the AK dial Rolex begins with 5 instead of 05 on the OP36. Why the h.ck they build on the 116900 this non-symmetry?

05 is a digital thing; I doubt they want to embrace that. Their Tudor GranTour did that and it wasn't too well embraced.
