Bronze pilot watch Zenith vs IWC

Since I saw a guy on the street wearing a sub 40mm green dial bronze case watch with thin green NATO strap randomly one day, I can't get that image out of my mind now.
Doing a bit research, and based on my 6 inch wrist size, it comes down to these 3 bronze watches:
1. Zenith PILOT TYPE 20 EXTRA SPECIAL - 40mm, 3 hands
2. IWC PILOT’S WATCH AUTOMATIC SPITFIRE - 39mm, date
3. IWC PILOT’S WATCH CHRONOGRAPH SPITFIRE - 41mm, day date chrono

My understanding is that they are all in-house movement. But the ones in IWCs are fairly new with no track record? Another thing I can't find much info on is how do their bronze age compared to one another? Not that it's a deciding factor for me, but I'm curious which one would likely keeps it's value better?

I've tried the Zenith which seems a bit thick for that size and simple dial, those IWCs won't be available until Q4 this year so can't try them.

I currently have Breitling 43mm B01 Chrono and PP 5146r plus AP 15450 steel blue dial on order. Ultimately, I'd like to have 5 watches in my collection, 3 above + a bronze and a 6 digit Pepsi or Panda Daytona when I can find one for retail. As I'm typing this, I realised I might have a soft spot for vintage-ish, classic look watch
