2018 Seamaster Professional 300M Normal or Setting in?

Got a blue seamaster about a month ago and initially it was as advertised at around +2 spd. Took it to Europe with me for about 2 weeks and now it’s at about +0 spd to -4spd. How long do you usually give your new watches to “set in?” Thanks guys!
