The very name of the asteroid should at least be an indication that the OP will not become a space metal billionaire.

Could also just be a lump of Fe-Ni with gold deposits.
A celestial rock candy with ferrero rocher wrapping.

If this happened (not convinced in the least) - welcome to hyperinflation so intense you’ll think you were living in the Weimar Republic..

I'd rather a water resistant watch so we can go swimming on Enceladus.

No worries, when my startup GravTech company perfects it's ReGrav Engine ("anti-gravity"), and I can get the hard field generators to stabilize (force field technology), we'll be haulin azzz back and forth from that asteroid dozens of times a day.

Now, if I could just figure out how to manipulate and harness gravity....any ideas gentlemen?

Did you know, that before Isaac Newton discovered gravity, humans could fly??? (Thanks, Newton!)

All jokes aside (sort of), I am hesitant to believe that NASA will be able to get there in the next 10 years considering they don't even have their own shuttle program and have to hitch hike into space.

Careful. The last guy who said something to that effect got burned up in a capsule shortly thereafter.
