To be honest they look like they fit about the same, I guess because of the design
So pick the one you want! |

Probably a difference in the angles of the shots, but I prefer the fit of the Sub on your wrist.

Might get flamed for this but I don’t like the traditional (black dial) ceramic sub. 14060 on the other hand is very nice.
I own the blue LB (TT) and green LVc and adore them both. I find the Tudor black bay 58 has tonnes more character as far as black dial / bezel divers go. Picked that up as well as the larger 41mm BB. The 58 is incredible! The explorer on the other hand looks stunning and the best on you. |

The Exp pic is shot up closer, so fit looks the same. Both sit nicely.

A few years back I faced the same. My choice was the Explorer. That was 2010. Still love the Explorer.

Sub is in a league of its own! It’s the one I’d go with and I think it fits you better!

I looked for the least bling Rolex (in preparation for a 40 mm DD II in yellow gold / white dial / Roman). Explorer one. People in the know will acknowledge it and otherwise it just looks like a watch.

Here’s food for thought
BB 58 + explorer Following on from my post above of you can find a dealer that stocks both you may get 10% on each which means you can pick both up for just 1k GBP more than the sub ND |

I like the explorer better on you. The polished bezel looks great.

Explorer fits better but can't recommend it over 114060. Sub looks like its a decent fit on you

They both look great and are great.
When I was considering these two models I chose the 114060, but both are wonderful watches. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Both are amazing, I am partial how the Sub looks on the wrist. As always, this is one of those "both are great choices, both are amazing, etc..." so get the one that gives you the biggest smile.

The Sub looks like a block of steel that skipped the machining process, while the Exp looks refined, shapely, and proportional.

Both timepieces look great on your wrist. As much as I like the sub more, in my opinion I think the explorer fits better.

The Explorer looks so much better. The Sub is way too chunky.

I think the Explorer is a better looking watch all around. It all depends on whether you use the timing bezel. I use mine literally every day and to me it adds a lot functionality to the watch.

Explorer; thinner lugs, more proportional look...besides I haven’t seen another in the wild.

Explorer. Looks great on you plus you’ll see less in the wild compared to Sub.
