Condition Feedback Please - 118239
I'm looking at pulling the trigger on this 118239.
Can you please share with me your opinion on the condition. What I know:
My chief concern is does it look over polished? Any blemishes that you see that I might be missing? |

Though maybe definitive truth will come from someone who owns that model, but I do think it is a good looking watch and the crown on the stem didn’t same worn down.

Having looked closer someone attacked the screws in the bracelet, that isn’t pretty.

It has definitely been polished a couple times. If you plan on getting it polished yourself a couple more during your lifetime, I might pass. If you have no plans on getting it polished, then I would buy at the right price.

One of those links might not be genuine?

I think it looks good for a 17 year old watch. What are your expectations for a watch that has been worn and used for that amount of time? If you are comfortable with the seller then negotiate and see if you can do a little better on the price. As far as box and papers on this watch I would not be sideways on not having it. You can buy the appropriate box and manuals online and when you send it to the RSC for a service you will have service papers. Great looking watch. Go for it.
