Your 1675 mk4
Hi guys, would you please post your MK4 1675, I've the feeling there is a common confusion between mk4 and mk5...about the dial but also the date wheel...For me the AHC is aligned and the date wheel should be silver brushed...Many thanks for your cooperation...Here is mine, 1978 (#58XXXXX) with a not brushed but silver date wheel...

1978 purchased 1675 GMT
Purchased by myself and still the 1st owner......... Serial nr: 5,3 etc kk Clasp code: VC Both end links nrs: 580 Type?/Serial? nr. bracelet: 78360 Inner/wooden box ref: 67.00.08 Picture of full original watch incl. 1st OEM inlay...... All parts absolutely original incl. plastic cover, inlay, etc, etc. 2 times serviced....1983 and 1995 at an independent Rolex-trained watchmaker that also repaired/serviced for one out of four official Dutch Rolex importers (Kempen & Begeer) that time. Those days service was considered to be cleaning and re-oiling; no parts with wear or scratches were exchanged, only damaged parts exchanged after explicit permission of the owner. (see position of typical red-blue limitation at 6 and 18 hrs and the rather "fat" figures all around -- see "22") Regards, Ruud

The dial does not determine the appearance of the date wheel. The style of the date wheel is based on the year or era from which the watch is from. (There is overlapping years for the of production of the Mark III, Mark IV and Mark V dials.)
