This is an incredible 43mm solid gold diver with a distinctive and easy to read chronograph. Only two styles of the Maxi Marine Diver Chronograph were made - a black dial, and this silver dial version in runs of maximum 1500 watches of each variety.
This watch has a serial number 8xx/1500 (Image serial blurred to try to decrease image theft/ fraud - NOTE: the serial is completely intact on the watch) Also of note, no inauspicious numerals are present in the remaining serial numbers.

This example of the UN MM Diver Chronograph appears unworn, with crisp edges and no marks or flaws seen. The rubber strap appears un-cut or at most, one “rib” removed on one side.
The strap has been measured, and should be sufficient for up to at least an 8” wrist.

The self winding automatic movement, with large solid gold UN engraved rotor and nicely finished details, visible through the sapphire exhibition back case, powers the chronometer and 2 register chronograph. A solid 18kt engraved uni-directional bezel surrounds a scratch resistant, glare proof sapphire crystal, with strongly luminescent gold skeleton hands and markers. There are no signs the screw back case has ever been opened, and no service history is noted.

The watch comes with the complete original inner wood, and outer cardboard boxes, plus the leather wallet containing the UN date pusher device, instruction and service booklets, along with an undated, unsigned UN International Warranty card with matching serial number imprinted.

I am a watch collector who occasionally changes personally owned pieces. I have many references available for purchases, trades, and sales across several internet watch platforms.
