Pricing, SS sub vs. GMT, used?

would you generally expect an equal condition SS sub vs. a GMT pepsi, say early 2000's, have a higher value? In other words, would a SS sub equal yr/condition, sell for more than the gmt, used?

How much would the price differ? The ss subs seem to really hold their value. I've seen gmt's in the low 3's to mid 3's whereas ss subs in the mid to upper 3's. That surprises me, but i'm not expert.
