About to add a Skydweller

I have been trying to get a Skydweller for quit a long time now. I am getting a chance to buy one and realised that it is quit large compared to my other watches.

Do you think that I can pull this off with my wrist ? Does it look right?

The weight of the Skydweller isn’t an issue for me.

Can I see a pix of it on your wrist.

Is hard to tell when it is over your wrist bone.

Like Eddie mentioned, would recommend posting a better photo of it on your wrist....unfortunately with the jacket you can't see how it actually lays and how big it is across your actual wrist.

Unfortunately I didn’t get to make a better picture without my jacket. I think that irrespective of the size, it will be awesome addition to my collection.

If you think it looks good on you, it looks good. It doesn't matter what I or anyone else thinks.

Congratulations. It's a fantastic watch. It's not small for sure, but it is beautiful.

How does it feel ? More important than how stranger perceives it on your wrist .

SkyD ,DSSD should be free moving on the wrist.Above the infamous "wrist bone" is not practical .If you are a above the bone wearer ,stick to the smaller watches.

I think it will be nice on your wrist.. But my opinion shouldn't matter if you actually want it, get it

I think it looks great and will wear great once it is properly sized. The Sky-Dweller has a lot of wrist presence but it is not too large.

Looks fine, i think too much emphasis is put on wrist to watch size, if you like the watch get it.

My grail watch is the 2 tone black dial skydweller which I was quoted 3-6 months. While at the AD I tried on the yellow gold one they had in stock. Now my wrist is 167mm or a tad over 6.5 inches, it definitely wore large for me but it looked OK. The lugs didn't over hang but it was close.

As others have stated, hard to tell with the shirt and jacket covering the wrist, but it does seem to fit okay. I think if you like how it fits and feels - go for it!

Strange to me that you say this, i believe the exact opposite. It's a heavy watch it cannot be moving around it makes it unbalanced. i wear this higher up the wrist than any other watch. being able to squeeze my index finger through the bracelet is how i judge it to be comfortable.

Well I’m not sure what “older” is to you...but I’ll be 52 in a couple months, and I’m definitely good with it!

Skydweller is beautiful. Definitely a watch that commands respect and just speaks to man who has well established himself. You don't see a ton of young guys with them, probably bc tough for many to afford. But very nice indeed

I think it looks great. The SkyD is a fantastic watch. It wears thicker than wide in my opinion but it’s a really fantastic piece.
