WTS: Rolex Day-Date 18038

Hi everyone,

Up for sale is a Rolex Day-Date 18038.

This timepiece comes as watch head only. The case remains in good condition and while polish history is unknown, the lugs remain thick and even. The dial and crystal are both clean and the movement has recently been serviced and runs at +9s / d. Notable signs of wear include a scratch below the crown on the right side of the case and a hairline on the bottom left lug. Overall, it is in good condition given its age. The serial is 5.7m which dates it back to 1978. All hallmarks, serial number and reference number are still clearly present. All the hairlines can easily be polished off but I will leave that to the discretion of the buyer.
