For sale is a pre-owned mint condition 36mm 18 karat yellow gold Rolex Day-Date “President”. The 118238 is an M serial, circa approximately 2006, and is fresh from factory service with a two-year warranty on the work performed. While at factory service the Day-Date received: a complete movement overhaul, a refinish of the case and bracelet, a new crown, a new crystal, and new hands. The Day-Date is accompanied by box, an international factory service guarantee card, and factory service paperwork. The Rolex features a polished yellow gold case, which is accented by a yellow gold fluted bezel. The Day-Date is mounted on its original President bracelet, which is secured by a hidden crown clasp. The bracelet contains four removable links and will comfortably fit a 7.25-inch wrist in its current configuration. The Rolex features a silver dial with applied polished gold stick hour markers, polished gold hands. The movement used in the 118238 is the Rolex calibre 3155 which features approximately 48 hours of power reserve and is covered by a two-year factory service warranty. The case has been preserved well with fairly thick lugs, while the fluted bezel contains thick flutes. The bracelet shows virtually no signs of previous wear and contains no stretch. Overall, the Rolex is in mint condition and presents beautifully after receiving a light refinish during the factory service.
