I sold one of my GMT's

hey guys,
so I sold one of my GMT's on an that auction site. the buyer is paying with paypal with a confirmed address and paypal says I'm covered under the "seller protection policy" as long as I follow the shipping guidelines, etc, he has plenty of feedback as a buyer, none as a seller and no watch references from other trades. here's my question; what is to stop him from claiming that the item is "significantly not as described" and getting a chargeback leaving me with a negative payapal balance? I've always used wire transfer and had great deals with other WIS's. Do you guys think this is safe to send to this guy? I've already taken the money out of my paypal account, and plan to ship the watch tomorrow or Friday. It's really hard to trust paypal as I've been taken before with fake credit card payments. thanks for all the feedback!

Grant

paypal protects buyer a lot, i heard a guy selling nds and psp on ebay, the buyer claimed that he received an empty box and since the seller couldnt prove that paypal just took the fund from his account without notice. the guy asked paypal y he had to prove the package wasnt empty instead of buyer had prove the package was empty, paypal just told him it was their policy...

I'm curious about this as well as I've considered selling my GMT on ebay but am nervous.

Another question - has anyone heard of a new PayPal rule stating something to the effect that if a seller has less than a 10 feedback rating then PayPal will hold funds in your account until the buyer gives feedback....? Someone told me this and I hope it isn't true.
