Datejust 16233 dial
Hello
I want to buy a Rolex attached in this picture, but when I googled I only found a one or two photos with the exact same dial. Can you tell if I should doubt its genuinity? In addition, at first I wanted to buy a Datejust with champagne dial, but this one is listed for a nice price (about 5700$), so I don't know if I should wait more for the champagne dial or should just go with this white. Do you have any thoughts about Datejust' dial color? |

Datejust 16233 dial
I have owned both the white and champagne dial TT DJs. Both are good looking. The white dial is easier to read when there’s less light. I tend to like white. However, the champagne dial on a DJ is a classic.
I’m more particular about service history on older Rolexes. Go for a full set from a dealer that backs with 1 year warranty. |

Thank you for your answer. It is from a dealer of mostly vintage watches with no original papers or box, but it backs with 1 year warranty. Its from 1993, so it can be hard to find this "young" copy in better price in my country. Like you wrote champagne is a classic and I think I would prefer the champagne, because I am quite young and just want the gold version, if you know what I mean.
