New Model September?

As the last two years Rolex have announced a new model watch in September, do you think a new model Rolex will announce this September?

They released new models in September of '21 due to the Covid Lockdowns of 2020 and their inability to provide their new lineup in March of '21. The 126067 is a model nobody asked for or wants!!!!

Do you all think that the 126529 is the one and only surprise release for 2023? That was definitely a pleasant surprise from Rolex! Not that I'll be able to get one now....or ever! Lol.

The watches that were supposed to be announced at Basel in spring of 2020 but did not happen due to COVID, were announced in September of that same year. i.e. 12 series Subs

I don’t recall surprise announcements in Sept ‘21 or ‘22. Someone above says a new DEEPSEA was announced in Sept ‘22. I’m sure that’s correct but since I have a sub 7 inch wrist, I pay no attention to that model.

I don't know, but I'd be willing to bet it will be. I think, from its introduction, Rolex is trying to avoid any sort of 'scheduled' release that has people waiting for a certain date.

I don't remember the time of year, but I do seem to recall the D-Blue catching everybody off guard...and I think that's just what they intend.

You could count on one hand the number of completely new Rolex watches introduced over the past 30 years. Most so called new models are just cosmetically changed old ones.
