Tube and Crown
How often really does the tube and crown need to be replaced.

As far as I know, the tube and seals are changed at every service as a safety measure. Not sure about the crown, though.

My crown was replaced at the service period. I'm certain it's to maintain the seal.

I think it also has to do with how often you have your watch serviced.
If you take it in every 5 years, I dont think that they will replace both the crown and stem every time... IMHO |
