Does this ebay 1665 look legit? I'm interested

I may want to buy this one:
Does this look correct and legit? Is this a service dial?

Seller says this is a 1981 "all original"
Is this an original or service dial?

Looks ok, however Mk4 dial (not MK3 as advertised) and correct endlinks are 585 endlinks instead of 580. Could ask if it has the correct diver extension or not.

So this "is" a correct dial for this year and it is an original, and not service dial?

Thank you for the fast info :0)

Agree with Mo. Has correct F clasp and sterile (plain) 1665 caseback. Oxidation on hands of course with HR hand slightly darker.

Nice-looking SD. Price is strong in today's market, but not terrible. Relatively minor, but looks like it's got a service crystal.

For comparison, there's another '81 1665 available on Tropicalwatch with very strong patina. Interesting to see two SDs so close in serial numbers with such starkly different looks.

That one on Tropical watch looks like a better value.

Certainly has stronger patina, which is a matter of preference. But I agree with you.
