Hey gents, I know I like vintage. I have 5513 mf and 1680 always liked 1655 from a far but never thought too much about it. I can get this one for 25K potentially can get better pictures. Do you thinks it’s worth it? Thank you

Definitely get better photos, including a UV photo of the dial/hands.

What’s the beginning of the serial number?

The photos are awful. I can see the bezel numbers, much of the text on the dial, or the lume plots. And obviously, we can't judge the case, although my sense is that it's not great.

The top right lug is way too thin it will forever bother me. But what is the real good price to buy this at?

Something’s so strange about this watch and or pictures. Looking at the watch straight on the case should be visible under the bezel from crown to lug. This watch it seems tucked under and hidden i dont see any case on the crown side. As someone who favors old polished watches I am curious what those who know more than me have to say.

Had to edit this one the six is closed. i know very little but i believe it should be open on this watch. I am now subscribed to this thread.

Don't see any issues, nice honest example if you ask me, obviously it's been polished but not overly so, this is what most frog foot 1655's looked like on the vintage market 10 years ago before all the character was laser welded out of them...

That looks like a nice honest watch to me, especially the dial.
