What is the UK AD availability like for this reference? Are they generally easy to source, specifically with the white Roman numerals dial?

You’d most likely need to join a list and wait a few months for the dial choice you wish.

Zero discount too and a price increase about to happen

Are you in wales? Is that the fluted bezel white dial one? If so, I saw one in Brighton the other day in the window. No wait list. In fact I tried it on:
