Oysterflex Strap Sizes At RSC

Hi y'all. I have a oysterflex daytona on it's say to me (new from AD) but because I'm out of state, I wasn't able to get it sized correctly. I've read on here that in the past, RSC was able to exchange sizes in person with no additional charge for a new watch. Do folks know if that's still the case? I tried calling them but they are closed until Jan 6 so checking here. Thanks.

I have a feeling that they're going to make you purchase an entirely new strap. This is a bummer but a fraction of the cost of what you paid for the watch so I wouldn't stress.

What size is your wrist? Mine is 6.75" and the standard size EE-EF fits me.

I'm 6.75 as well. Hoping it fits well out of the box. Thanks.

Mine is on the smallest micro adjust. Also, to answer your original question, I don't know, but if they don't do it for free you'll only have to replace one side since the EE side is pretty standard for most people. $270 + tax per side.

A peril of buying remotely. My AD has extras on hand and a “fit kit” so you would walk out with the correct one. I suspect that the RSC will tell you to go through a dealer.

I am planning to purchase with grey, I have 6.25 wrist, will the standard fit with micro adjust? If not, I have to mail in the watch to get the strap fitted from RSC?

I don't think it will fit you. Your local AD should be able to get you the right size.

I just picked up a YM42 oysterflex, my wrist is about 6 & 5/8

The EF was too loose for my liking, could’ve worn on the tightest adjustment, but I prefer the fit to be in the middle of the micro adjustment, so I can go tighter or looser.

Ended up swapping the E strap at the 6 o’clock position for a D, and it fits like a glove.

Hopefully that helps!!

Happy New Year!!

They made me purchase the new size but told me that if I had brought my warranty card they’d swap it free of charge

I got one about 4 weeks ago, it was too big for me they ordered me a new one and had 3 different sizes for me to try on within three days, just switched it over

I purchased a daytona on Oysterflex from a local dealer not AD, but was near new, took it to RSC in Melbourne with box and paperwork and they did a resize for me free of charge, the paperwork was dated a month or so prior to my visit. ☺️
