I totally love this watch. The color is amazing and it is so comfortable on the strap. I really recommend any of the coaxial moonphases to any Omega fan out there. And don't let the size scare you, it wears much more like a 41-42mm

I tried it on and it’s perfect indeed.. told ya, came so close!! I just got a 116613LB last month, maybe will sell something out to make some space (and sense) to get it if the planet is still spinning around in a couple months

Thanks! Its actually a limited edition SMP titanium Omega (many of those, I know lol) that commemorated the 150th anniversary (1848-1998), but had some tweaks / mods as have a different bezel insert, dial and second sweep hand. This is how it looked from factory:
