I prefer the Daytona but at 38.5 mm it is a little small on my wrist. I have owned several Sky-Dwellers and they are a fine watch but I have no real passion for them and they moved along. If you are paying retail for the Sky-Dweller and have the wrist for it that might be the way to go. If you are paying Grey prices for the Sky Dweller then I would look else where. The PM watches will always be PM and while they are all special you do not see them a lot. The Daytona at a discount would be nice.

Both watches look so good. I never buy any watch over msrp and normally I love PM.
For Daytona PM, I prefer YG with green dial and I think it will hold the value quite well. Try them both and see which one sing to you more. |

The Daytona is my favorite model but that is not my favorite expression. If you have a decent sized wrist, I’d pick the skyD

Always surprises me when guys say the Daytona is small. I find it quite big, or just right, on my wrist, which is a shade under 7 inches. I guess it's a matter of perspective. |

If you have no PM then the Daytona, otherwise the SkyD.

Blue skydweller. Blue Daytona is pretty but too small and bezel is scratch magnet.

Wow, what a choice. The WG Daytona has to be one of the all time most beautiful watches. I’m hoping eventually for the blue sky D so that’s my pick.

Sky blue SS is rather too bright for my taste
The ceramic bezel Daytona is more low key ...would have appreciated more of a panda look in the white dial |

Since i tend to travel quite a bit, the choice would be SkyD blue.
OP, do you travel or time things more often?
