We've been Costco customers for years and wouldn't hesitate to buy a Rolex from them. Virtually all of their merchandise is high quality at a fair price. About three years ago we bought a leather couch and love seat from Costco. One of the pieces started showing unattractive wear. They allowed a return on both pieces because of matching considerations. Then we had trouble with one of the replacements because a cable activating the recliner broke. Again, Costco came through and allowed both pieces of our second set to be returned at full price after two years. We are now on our THIRD SET, two beautiful, motorized leather love seats and are very happy. After the third set, the manager said no more couch returns. We thought that was fair enough.

My how times have changed. My store manager said if I buy my wife some jewelry he will move me to the top of the list for toilet paper.

Never seen a UK Costco selling Rolex, bought my wife a ring online from them recently and saw rings to the value of £99,000 I think, so not an issue of selling high value items, most probably as we all find lack of supply.
