The Self-Winding Daytona book

Hello

I'm wondering if anyone has the Self-Winding Daytona book by Franca and Guido Mondani?

If so, what do you think of it and would you recommend it?

Thanks

Hi,

I have the Manual & Self winding version of this book, It is a great reference book with large coloured photographs and detailed explanations.

However the price is beyond reason in my honest opinion, its a great book but not worth the cover price, if they half the price they would sell a shed load.

I don't think Mondani will be shipping any books until this Virus subsides, they obviously have a limited run production, sole distribution business model that suits them.

The prices are "Eye Watering" and its difficult to get a discount or margin on any books they produce, I suppose all those watches they personally own and show on Instagram must be paid for somehow.

Yikes on the price! Most I’ve ever paid for a book was around $250 for one of the original run of “Driving Ambition.”
Bonus points for anyone that knows the subject of that book.
