So how do we know

I had a call to Dallas since they have my Batman. the GMT had was not functioning properly. They have it for more than a week now.

So the rep told me " the technician wont know what the issue is UNTIL he has repaired the watch"...
okkkk...

no comment,...Ill call back few days from now

There are probably several
options to choose from to be repaired
and the watch must be dismantled
before knowing exactly.
