I use nail pull pliers, i can grip onto the centre of the pin that hasn't worn away and allows for leverage to pull it out. if i gripped the worn parts it would just snap and then its game over. All the best |

To be clear - yours is a pin-only replacement operation, correct? What do you do about the gold loops that are worn dangerously thin, replace with new as necessary?

Guys don’t wait 10-20 weeks from other businesses that offer this service in the UK.
I can turn this around in 1-2 days. That’s what I call speedy service. Trust in me to rejuvenate your bracelet. All the best Oliver |

Nice work! Would you be willing to divulge what the pin measurements are, and from where you purchased them?

That's fine work sir. I've my eye on a 126231, trying to decide between the jubilee or the oyster. I think the oyster would be much sturdier

Hey all!
Just a shout out to Oliver who recently worked on my jubilee from my recently purchased 1988 Datejust. I sent him the bracelet based on this this thread and a good chat back and forth on the phone. You can see the work in his photos two posts above - mines the steel and as you can see was pretty shot. The work was incredible and the results speak for themselves - I now have a strap to match the watch (which itself was in great condition). Oliver got this done and back to me within 1 week and communication was great throughout. Highly recommended ! |
