Original 16600 or replacement parts
I just purchased a completely original 16600 SD but now another has come up for roughly $700 cheaper. I’m wondering if it’s worth returning and purchasing this new one.
Differences: - cheaper one has service replacement dial and hands - cheaper one has been recently serviced - cheaper ones bracelet “stretch” doesn’t look as bad as mine - mine is all original - mine has no service history I know the service dial with lumed bits is kind of subjective but given the other one is in the exact condition with service seems pretty worth it? It’s $700 cheaper and has a $700 service put into it. |

Is your current one tritium or superluminova?

I'd get the serviced one. It is a modern tool watch, not some super valuable 1960s GMT master with tropical patina.
