Icon9 Inquiry-about the tube and gasket of ref.1675/8

Hello,
Tell us about the Rolex GMT 1675/8. The crown is 18K, but the tube and gasket are also 18K? I bought a Rolex that was overhauled more than 15 years ago and the tube looks like stainless steel. If I want to replace the tube with a genuine product at 18K, or if it is difficult to obtain parts( No.24-530-8?), can I replace it with ref.16658 No.24-5330-8? Does anyone have any idea?
Thank you.
