Help authenticating this 2784 movement
Hello folks,
I need help authenticating this 2784 movement. Any help will be appreciated. For reference, this is on a 9411 snowflake that I am being offered. Thanks! Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk |

I know I did not take a shot of the movement number, but I have seen it and its there. Just wanted to make sure everything else looks legit. Thanks!

Check out past sales of HQ Milton and observe their movement shots. I'm not an expert, but I'd imagine the rotor would have the branding engraved and filled, not just printed like this one. Not sure about 9411, but on my 94110, finishing and all details of the movement components are miles better than this one. Also I'd expect "9411" on the case back on the inside. I'm sure other knowledgeable folks can chime in, but I don't feel right about what I'm seeing.

Hi thanks for your response. I've been looking online for the better part of today and have found some 2784 movements with the same rotor i.e not engraved....

Also, keep in mind that rotors are one of the easiest things to be replaced in a service. An older engraved style rotor would be replace by a newer printed one. These ETA movements are hard to authenticate since the fake ones have gotten so good.
This may help https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=405196 And these pics may help to match things up https://watchguy.co.uk/cgi-bin/libra...tos&wat_id=752

looks fine to me. I have seen these variations before.
The other verification method is to look at the engraving on the dial side. It should have a "tudor geneve" engraving but you'll have to remove the dial + hands. |
