Oris 65
Just picked up a pre-owned Oris 65 for my first (sorta) dive watch. I envision this being a summer and more casual “beater.”
I love the relatively small size and the rubber band is comfy. I’m enjoying it so far! On a Rolex note, the dealer had a preowned bluesy in the case. I haven’t tried on a Sub so I figured I’d see how it wears...it felt smaller than I thought it would! However, I was unimpressed by the bracelet. It felt lighter and the clasp was thin...almost like it was stamped tin or something. I don’t know how old the watch is but the lady thought early-mid 90s. Are the bracelets supposed to feel kinda light and thin? My only frame of reference is my DJ41 on jubilee so maybe I’m just unfamiliar. |

Congrats on the 65, it’s a fun watch that I’ve enjoyed since it first came out.
Re: 5 digit subs - that’s how the bracelets were; much different than today’s bracelets. Plusses ans minusses to each. I happen to like both Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro |

I love that style 65. Wish they did more variations of that dial. I usually don't like the feel of the bezel and crown at watches in that price point but that one feels solid.
