Any tips for Polywatch use?
This will be my first time using the product and I just wanted to see or hear what the experience has been like for other forum members.
Hopefully it turns out nicely but I won't attempt this until I'm confident in the techniques. |

Just one, don’t use power tools on the crystal. Use only elbow grease and if need 1000 or 1500 3m sand paper.

Nice looking watch...is that a Caravelle?
I just put a couple of drops on the dial then rub in a consistent, circular motion with a cotton bud and finish with a makeup remover pad from the wife. A minute is usually enough for superficial scratches. EDIT. I just realised it is a Caravelle and we discussed it recently!

Mask the bezel (or be very careful of it), as the product is abrasive and can damage it.

Plexi glass + Polywatch + microfibre cloth = perfection! The above tutorial plus others on YouTube should set you right.

I'll have to have some of that sand paper handy just incase when I do feel confident enough to attempt this. Quote:
It looks fantastic on this and really stands out from the rest in my current collection. At first glance I knew this watch had to be one of owned and I'm very happy with it. Just want to be very careful so it doesn't yet ruined. Quote:

Thanks! That's my next step as well, to watch a few videos when I've got the time to do so. |
