Differnce between Sub, GMT, Yachet, ?

While essentially the same movement the YM and Sub date use the 3135 yet with the 24 hr feature of the GMT it's a 3185.

Too many things to list, but what Mike and Morgman said is pretty good.
The Yacht Master also has polished links in the band and has a Platinum dial.

YM subject to defects, has an imperfect blue hue causing owners to flip it for superior blue Sub previously owned. Can't think of anything else.
