Icon4 Best tools not to scratch your watch

Any serious recommendations for screwdrivers or other tools to avoid scratches when resizing?

I did a search for a plastic tool to assist me when changing straps and could not find anything. Still on the lookout so will be monitoring this thread.

Don't think any plastic screwdriver will work, but I am hoping to find a plastic pin pusher/Spring bar tool.

I believe there are lots of topics about this on the forum. I’m sure if you search (especially for sizing topics) you will find a bunch.

Blue painters tape is the #1 tool to use to prevent scratches. Tape up the link around where you are working.

Bergeron 7825 pliers make bracelet removal very simple, I do it quite often and never mask anymore as it doesn’t slip and no risk of scratching.
To remove/add links just need the right size screwdriver and be careful, again shouldn’t require masking but can do if you’re unsure just to be safe

This…

…plus masking/painters/electrical tape next to the screw you are removing, combined with going slowly and you get no scratches.
