Fair price for PP 5170G-001

Hi,

Really fell in love with used 5170G-001, white face pulsation dial.

What is fair price? It is being offered at 65K. Used but authorized dealer with original box, papers and card.

Chrono24 average price about 60k with most around 55k.

Auctions (Christies, Sothebys) have sold around 50-54k from 2017-2021. There was one with Tiffany dial that sold at 77k and was outlier.

Thanks I’m advance as I usually buy new but am new to PP and used PP purchases.

It depends on condition, the ones on Chrono24 offered on the low range are not what I think is in mint condition.
with auction results, keep in mind that price doesn’t include buyer premium, sometimes sales tax and import duties. So all those costs bidder have to think about
