Michael Kors for 13 year old daughter ?

Daughter aged 13 wants a MK watch for Christmas, at her age its likely not something she will keep and wants something dressy !

Whilst it costs around £150 its not too expensive but I just can't help thinking its a waist of money and not worth it.

Is there anything else out there up to say £500 that would be a much better option.

waiting till her 21st to buy anything special though !

In my opinion, if you're going to buy her a watch, buy her the one she wants since its within your budget. Most people don't care about the specs of the watch. They just want a watch that they like the looks of. And also, I think she's much more likely to wear the watch she wants rather than one you choose for her.

At the age it doesn't matter - Get her what she wants / dreams about and she will be excited.

Nice to see a young person interested in watches at all.

Mostly they just get the time off their cell phones while texting, cruising the net, taking selfies, etc. etc.!
