Looks like a nice watch; post an additional photo. I sometimes really am attracted to moon phase watches. In my case the Tudor really has cured my DD40 desires (strange as it may seem).

So is Hong Kong basically the "wild wild East" when it comes to all things Rolex? I've heard it's where a disproportionate number of watches enter the secondary market and now see that Tudor for years offered models there discontinued everywhere else. Is it all about local demand, or something else that differentiates how Rolex manages that market?

Well there have been Rolex ADs here since the early 1930s, which is quite a bit longer than in the USA, so the market has evolved along different lines over the years. Hong Kong has always been a place for tourists to get a good deal on Rolex (though not so much these days), too, and the vintage Rolex scene here is kind of legendary among serious collectors.
