Legit Royal Oak Offshore?

Guys, I'm NOT an AP expert (much more used to Rolex), but figured you all might be able to help. My brother is looking at this watch and something feels off. The "CT" in the bottom dial? Can anyone add some color/thoughts? Much appreciated.

(having issue uploading photos - one second)

Which dealer are you using ? Buy the dealer not the watch. What's with the Date window off centered ? Edit: that looks terrible

Well, what are the chances that a supposed $25k+ watch with a crummy sticker covering the most interesting part of the movement is legit? I have not seen sub-dial graphics like these - would be helpful to know which model this is supposed to be.

I’m not an expert either but I’d advise your brother to stay away. I’d advise my brother to buy, buy, buy as he is a scumbag who loves fakes

This is the finest in chinese watchmaking. I would imagine the asking price would make this obvious to even the newbie

Even before getting to the question of real or not - I wouldn't touch a piece where the caseback screws are that chewed up. Who knows WTF has gone on inside that thing.
